01 Ownership

All content, branding, assets, artwork, characters, game mechanics, and code within Comic Bonk are the exclusive intellectual property of sayed and Comic Bonk developers, unless otherwise stated or attributed to third parties (such as open-source libraries).

This includes but is not limited to:

• The "Comic Bonk" name, logo, and all associated branding
• All in-game characters, artwork, sprites, and visual assets
• Game design, mechanics, levels, and audiovisual elements
• The Comic Bonk NFT "Gaming Pass" design and metadata
• All source code, smart contract code, and technical implementations
• Marketing materials, screenshots, and promotional content

02 Restrictions

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for entertainment purposes. You may not:

Comic Bonk may utilize open-source components or community-provided assets. Any such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under their applicable licenses.

Third-party frameworks, libraries, and tools used in the development of Comic Bonk retain their original licensing terms and copyrights.

04 NFT Ownership Rights

When you mint or acquire a Comic Bonk "Gaming Pass" NFT:

• You own the NFT token on the Solana blockchain
• You receive a personal, non-commercial license to display the NFT artwork associated with your token
• You do not receive intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork, brand, or game content
• You may transfer or sell the NFT token itself, but the underlying IP remains with Comic Bonk

05 DMCA & Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in Comic Bonk without proper authorization, or if you discover unauthorized use of Comic Bonk content elsewhere, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement.
