📜 License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Dragon Fire grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to play the game. Access to the full game (Levels 2-20) is contingent upon the activation of a verifiable **Solana Gaming Pass** on the Solana mainnet.

2. Demo Mode & Restrictions

The Demo Mode allows access to the first level only. Level progression beyond Level 1 is restricted for guest users. The license is tied irrevocably to your public wallet address once the activation fee of 0.0025 SOL is paid.

3. Wallet Responsibility

As a decentralized application, we do not custody your funds. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials. We are not liable for loss of assets or failed transactions on the blockchain.

4. No Warranties

Dragon Fire is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay or bug-free performance. Use of the game constitutes acceptance of these licensing terms.

⚖️ Copyright Policy

1. Intellectual Property

All game content including graphics, custom dragon sprites, animations, sound effects, and source code are the exclusive property of the Dragon Fire development team.

2. Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized reproduction, modding, decompilation, or commercial exploitation of any Dragon Fire assets is strictly prohibited. You may not distribute modified versions of the game or use its assets in other projects.

3. Trade Symbols

The "Dragon Fire" name, logo, and related branding are protected trademarks. Any use of these marks without express written permission is a violation of copyright law.

4. Notice of Copyright

🛡️ Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We do **not** collect, store, or transmit any personal identifiable information (PII). All game progress and settings are stored locally in your browser's localStorage.

2. Wallet & Blockchain Transparency

We use your public wallet address solely to verify **Solana Gaming Pass** ownership. Transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain and are visible to anyone via ledger explorers.

3. Data Storage

Level progress, XP, and inventory are stored locally on your device. Clearing your cache will reset this data unless synced via a future cloud update. Pass ownership, however, is permanent on-chain.

4. Third-Party Services

We use **Helius RPC** for blockchain communication. No personal data is shared with Helius beyond the public address required for verification. We do not use tracking pixels or cookies.
